Eligibility for Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged product, we’ll replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
