Simply download the PixAura app using the included QR code. Choose your photo or artwork and send it wirelessly to your case via NFC.
Does the case need batteries?
No. The case uses ultra-low power from your iPhone only when you update an image.
Can I change the photo every day?
Yes! Update your design as often as you like — daily, weekly, or whenever inspiration strikes.
What images look best?
Clear, bright images in JPG or PNG format work best. Centered objects or portraits give the sharpest display.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in production.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and secure checkout through Shopify.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
U.S. shipping is free. Handling time is 1–2 business days; delivery takes 5–7 business days on average.
International orders may take longer depending on destination and customs. Customs fees, taxes, or import duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
